Some define it as an art, others consider it as a science, but everybody agrees Management is a process with four basic pillars or key functions:
Planning:
When you set up a goal you’ve got to figure out the best way to get there. CWA can help you reach your goals by evaluating and making the best of the resources you have and plan for all probable scenarios. We will help you with strategic planning for the long-range, tactical planning for the implementation of the strategic plan and contingency planning for any alternative course of action.
Organizing:
CWA will help you link and allocate all of your resources, be they material or human, so that your goals can be achieved. We want to make sure that you have all necessary “tools” to get things going, that the people you work with are well trained and motivated to do their part.
Directing:
Directing could be easily compared to conducting an orchestra; it involves supervision and leadership skills to get all “instrument players” to perform effectively.
Controlling or monitoring:
CWA will help you monitor the performance of your business to make sure that everything goes according to the plan, or adjust the plan if unexpected circumstances demand it.
Art or science, management is all about getting things done, and we at CWA want to make sure you’re getting things done the right way!
